A wholly owned subsidiary of Zoo Restaurants Limited. Zoo Enterprises Limited was established to undertake business enterprises and trades of all kinds and in particular, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, to carry on the business of booksellers, publishes, vendors and distributors of periodicals, journals, magazines, confectionary, ice-cream, toys and toilet preparations, advertising and publicity agents and contractors and dealers in paper, cardboard, greeting cards, postcards, photographs, painting and pictures, drawing, writing and photographic materials, sculptures and artefacts of all kinds, promoters, organisers and sponsors of exhibitions, concerts, fairs, attractions, recreations, competitions, stage shows, displays and other events; and to exploit, whether as principal or as agent, any trademarks, patents and rights of a similar nature and generally to turn to account any property either of the company or of any other person or body of persons
