Lists specimens in the Museum, with an arrival date, whether stuffed or in spirit, country, how obtained, and occasionally who deposited them. Arrival dates are from 1827-1840. Split into three groups of animals. Some specimens are from Sir Stamford Raffles' Sumatran collection. 

2 volumes denoting extraordinary expenditure at London and Whipsnade Zoos, between 1864 and 1939. They detail yearly spending on enclosures and buildings, some costs of animals.

Includes: Return of the number of Deaths and Resignations from 1840 to 1848; List of the Fellows who have become Defaulters (1840-1847), Return of the total number of Resignations in each year (1825-1849); Return of the number of Fellows elected after Dec 31 1832 and paying £3, 1849; Blank form letter to proposers of defaulters, undated; 1876 Comparative Statement of Elections, Deaths, Resignations and Removals during the past Ten years, annotated 1877; etc 

Includes: Report on the value of the Reserved Collection, 1851; Dr Crisp. Museum Stores; List of Animals Presented to the Norwich Collection; Catalogue of specimens of cruise, 1849; etc. Also includes printed extracts from the Annual Reports regarding the Museum, and a printed petition to the Chancellor of the Exchequer to buy the collection. The Dr Crisp item is a list of articles purchased by him from the Museum, including the skin of a giraffe.
