Correspondence between Fellows and Council regarding the Informal Committee of Zoologists which was established for the protection of the interests of the Society in the situation following the announcement by the Council at the Ordinary General Meeting on 18th March 1942, that they had obtained Emergency Powers from the Privy Council to suppress the post of Secretary for the duration of the war
